„Can anyone become a supporting member?“

The supporting membership allows active participation in internal decisions as well as insights into the management's work. Therefore, we invite you to a personal conversation before joining to determine together whether our values, goals, and approaches align.

For us, it is not only important that our members actively contribute to the development but also that they maintain the family-like and empathetic atmosphere in our organization and build a long-term relationship with us – based on trust and friendly cooperation.

The final decision regarding the acceptance of a supporting member lies with the board and the board of trustees.

„Why is the number of supporting members limited?“

The number of supporting member seats is intentionally limited to a maximum of 10 at present to ensure a lean and efficient structure. Our goal is to make decisions efficiently while relying on a small, dedicated team that excels in quality and reliability. This focus allows us to engage with our members individually, ensure a high level of transparency, and foster close collaboration.

„Is a supporting membership tax-deductible?“

We are an officially registered non-profit organization, so all donations to us are generally tax-deductible. As a supporting member, we will issue you a receipt every year so that you can claim your membership fee for tax purposes.

„Is there a minimum term or notice period?“

The supporting membership lasts for one year. Before this period ends, we will contact you to discuss whether and how you would like to continue your membership.

We want to ensure that your support is a perfect fit for you and that you feel comfortable with your commitment.

„Are there any documents I need to sign?“

Yes, if you wish to take part in the active shaping of our work. In this case, you will gain insights into internal processes and may come into contact with sensitive data. Since our field of activity is subject to very strict data protection regulations, it is necessary to sign a non-disclosure agreement as well as another agreement for the protection and regulation of intellectual property.

This ensures that both confidential information and our creative and strategic work are optimally protected. If you have any questions, we are happy to explain everything to you in detail during a personal conversation.
