Anti-Stress Workshops “Your Path to Calmness”

Practical Tools for Coping with Stress

1. Introduction

  • Project Description:

Four workshop meetings conducted in March 2025 as part of the “Myślenice Social Activities 2025” project, focused on stress management and building mental resilience. Participants learned about both the neuropsychological mechanisms of stress and practical techniques for reducing it, such as mindful breathing, deep relaxation, and visualization. Stress load tests were also implemented. The sessions were educational and interactive, including group work, relaxation exercises, and individual reflection. The aim of the project was to strengthen the mental well-being of the residents of Myślenice, with support from local institutions.

  • Context:

In the face of a growing number of people struggling with mental tension, psychoeducational initiatives are gaining increasing importance. The fast pace of modern life, informational overload, and everyday social challenges negatively impact mental health. This project was a response to those needs, offering an accessible and engaging form of psychological education.
