Legal Foundation & Supervision
- The foundation named "Institute OM Noizzes Foundation" operates based on the law of April 6, 1984, on foundations and the provisions of its statute.
- The activities of the foundation are supervised by the Minister responsible for healthcare.
- The foundation is non-political and not affiliated with any religious denomination.

Objectives and Purpose of the Foundation
The purpose of the foundation is to carry out activities in the field of health and social welfare, including the following:
- Promoting mental health for various age and social groups, including children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families.
- Supporting the development of mental health facilities and professionals for various age and social groups, including children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families.
- Promoting ideas for mental health for various age and social groups, including children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families.
Strategies for Achieving Objectives (Complete)
The foundation pursues its goals through:
- Initiating, organizing, conducting, and supporting scientific research and implementation projects within the statutory purpose of the foundation,
- Disseminating and promoting the latest research findings within the statutory purpose of the foundation,
- Scientific activities to carry out independent research projects and collaborate with other institutions engaged in scientific research in the field of psychology,
- Conducting consumer research in the field of mental health,
- Analyzing technical, legal, and organizational solutions from the perspective of safety for the mental health of children, adolescents, and their families,
- Conducting its own research projects to develop, improve, and optimize methods and techniques for enhancing mental health, as well as for diagnosis and intervention,
- Organizing competitions for scientific papers, as well as organizing and financing scholarships and training programs,
- Raising awareness among leaders and employees about burnout, stress, and mental overload prevention in companies and actively assisting [through the foundation] in optimization processes,
- Providing ad-hoc support in the form of counseling and/or crisis intervention to restore the mental balance and self-regulation abilities of individuals in crisis situations,
- Providing material, psychological, and therapeutic help for individuals in difficult life situations, as well as mental, emotional, economic, and social crises,
- Providing humanitarian aid in the field of mental health,
- Supporting activities aimed at improving mental well-being,
- Developing and implementing further education and prevention programs to improve the mental health of society, including the development, promotion, and delivery of specialized teaching in developmental psychology for families, adolescents, and children to prevent developmental disorders,
- Organizing conferences, symposia, workshops, exhibitions, and training programs to promote innovative ideas, improve mental health, and develop effective self-help and self-regulation concepts,
- Conducting awareness-raising activities, including organizing open meetings, conferences, training courses, and publishing manuals and other publications,
- Implementing preventive measures,
- Conducting global mental health activities,
- Promoting and providing information about a healthy lifestyle for all age groups in areas relevant to mental health, including promoting culture, social and physical activity, balanced nutrition, and healthy living as key elements of mental health,
- Developing promotional, scientific, and media materials in the field of mental health,
- Organizing social campaigns aimed at shaping public opinion and media discourse on the importance and necessity of improving mental health,
- Supporting and developing technological, IT, and organizational solutions that contribute to improving mental health and enhancing digital access to a wide range of support, education, and psychological and psychotherapeutic help for various age and social groups, including children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families,
- Publishing activities, creating and maintaining web portals, producing educational films and social campaigns, organizing competitions, and collaborating with the media to raise awareness of mental health,
- Cooperating with individuals, national, and international institutions carrying out activities in line with the foundation's goals,
- Supporting legislative activities in the field of mental health, other statutory goals of the foundation, and developing social dialogue with public authorities,
- Engaging volunteers who work for the beneficiaries and projects carried out by the foundation,
- Promoting interdisciplinary, cross-sectoral cooperation,
- Providing financial and material support to institutions and organizations whose task is health protection within the foundation's statutory goals,
- Expert and advisory activities in the field of mental health,
- Other projects aimed at fulfilling the statutory purposes of the foundation,
Scope of Activities & Partnerships
- The foundation's headquarters is in Kraków.
- The foundation operates within the territory of the Republic of Poland and abroad.
- The foundation collaborates with domestic organizations that pursue the same or similar goals.
- The foundation collaborates with foreign and international organizations that pursue the same or similar goals.
- The foundation may establish permanent and temporary branches, offices, subsidiaries, and other organizational units within the Republic of Poland and outside of Poland. The manner of organizational separation and administration of these units will be determined by a relevant resolution of the Board of Trustees.
Funding
Our foundation is a non-profit organization that does not engage in commercial activities. Currently, the funding comes exclusively from voluntary contributions, grants, and partnerships. All those involved in our foundation, including the board, work on a voluntary basis. As a result, all funds are directly directed toward achieving our statutory goals and promoting the common good. Due to our work in the public interest, we are exempt from taxes under Article 17, Paragraph 1, Point 4 of the Polish Corporate Income Tax Act (CIT).
